Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the day you receive your product to return it for a refund. To be eligible to receive a refund, all items must be unworn, free of stains, not washed, and in original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact ghcollective@yahoo.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll notify you whether your return was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Unfortunately, there are no exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items.  

If you want to exchange for a different size, the fastest way is to return the item you've purchased and purchase the correct size you need. Please contact us if you have any questions.
